Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Product Exchange
  • Products must be returned within fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any exchange.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at info@gingerandlime.cy.
  • Each exchange is subject to a shipping fee.
Refunds
  • For refunds, you must first contact us via email at info@gingerandlime.cy.
  • Returns must be made at the sender’s expense within five (5) business days from the date of receipt.
  • You can use any courier service, but for your convenience, we recommend using our partner (ACS).
  • Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days to the account number you provide.
  • Refunds are issued for the net value of the products only. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns will not be accepted if sent with the recipient’s cost or without prior contact.
  • NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR BAZAAR ITEMS.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Methods and Days
  • Home delivery from Monday to Friday with an estimated processing time of five (5) days.
  • Pick-up from designated courier stores with an estimated processing time of five (5) days. Delays may occur during peak periods.
Delivery Costs
  • Deliveries within Cyprus: Free shipping.
  • Deliveries to Greece: Shipping cost is €10. For orders over €100, shipping is free.
  • Deliveries to other countries: Costs depend on the weight and are displayed at checkout. For exact costs, please contact us.
Delivery Terms
  • Our staff delivers products to your premises. Delivery is made outside your premises; products are not transported through stairs or elevators.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
